Article Summary

In the dexi.io App store you'll find some apps that will add new actions to your Extractors and Pipes, and also more integrations to third-party applications like Google Sheets.

Note

Most integrations allow you to add as many of them as you need, so if you have several FTP servers or Google Sheets you can add another instance of the Add-on for each of them.

To activate an app, simply choose the one you want and select Add in the side panel in the App store:

Apps provide two things to the Dexi platform: extensions to functionality and integrations to third-party applications.

Extensions
Extensions add new action types to the Extractor or Pipes or can even add new asset types to your projects.

Integrations
Adding integrations to your account allows you to send data to other applications for further processing. They also allow you to collect data from other applications and use them on Dexi.

Google Integrations
For optimum performance we recommend no more than 50 integrations for one Google (Gmail) account.

The sum of the following Google integrations should not exceed 50:

  • Google Drive
  • Google Cloud Storage
  • Google Cloud Vision

The sum of the following Google integrations should also not exceed 50:

  • Google Sheets
  • Google Drive (deprecated version)
Beware too many integrations!

Adding integrations beyond the recommended limit (50) could result in the refresh tokens for integrations that were added earlier to stop working without warning.

Please see Refresh token expiration Google's documentation on this.
